If you are a Disney fan then you already know that Princess Jasmine is a fictional Arabian princess that stared in the Disney animated film, Aladdin followed by two other films, The return of Jafar and also Aladdin and the King of Thieves.  You might also be familiar with the animated television series Aladdin.

Do you know the voice of Jasmine? It is Linda Larkin but her singing voice is done by Lea Salonga.

If you love this story then you already know the plot but just in case you don’t here is the jest of it.  Jasmine is turning 16 and is the daughter of a wealthy Arabian.  She is being forced to marry that she did not choose so she runs away from home, but she has never been in the outside world.  She is saved by Aladdin but he later get into trouble and is sentenced to death.  She is granted a wish from a genie then meets a prince then she falls in love with him and marries him.

Of course there is much more to this story but it is indeed a loving and inspirational one that can be watched and understood by anyone at any age.
